Membership Rates and Specials

Here are our Rates and Specials.
12 Month Memberships 
  • Single $34.95/Month
  • Limited Family* $60/Month
  • Family** $80/Month

24 Month Memberships

  • Single $30/Month
  • Limited Family* $55/Month
  • Family**$75/Month

Students- $10 per month can be added to your membership (12-18 yr olds)

* 2 Adults(18 and up) from same household

**3 or more Adults (18 and up) from the same household.

Senior Citizens Discount(60+years) -10% Off

We participate in UNITY, DEAN, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Wisconsin, and GHC Reimbursement Programs.

 WPS gets an additional 5% off of membership.

Childcare -can be added to any membership for $20 1-2 kids per month, $40 for 3-4 kids per month.

Coupons and specials cannot be combined with other special offers.
